PARIS: Ten folks, together with 5 children aged 3 to fifteen years, had been killed after a fire broke out on Friday morning at a residential constructing in Vaulx-en-Velin, close to the French metropolis of Lyon, Inside Minister Gerald Darmanin stated.
Darmanin stated the reason for the fireplace was not recognized at this stage.
