Navy spokesperson Indika de Silva mentioned a Sri Lankan citizen on the boat contacted the navy Monday and mentioned they had been in misery, and the Maritime Rescue Coordination Middle in Colombo sought assist from Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
